We care for the full spectrum of patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Our resources include specialist adult, neonatal and paediatric equipment, and we fly with critical care capability on board should the patient require this level of care from the outset, or in the event that his/her medical condition deteriorates during the journey. Our medical repatriation team is available 24 hours a day to ensure we can be fully and accurately briefed by medical staff at the point of origin, both ahead of and upon collection of the patient.

In addition to our comprehensive bed-to-bed service, Capital Air Ambulance provides medical escorts on commercial airline flights or via ground ambulance, and medical case handling and/or translation services through our highly experienced, multilingual team.We are also a trusted partner of the NHS and deliver inter-UK hospital-to-hospital transfers, by air or ground ambulance, alleviating pressure on NHS ambulance services and medical teams.
