Rapid response UK, EU and global medical repatriations with a guaranteed bed-to-bed service.

Capital have the full capability to provide the safe and efficient transfer of children of all ages and almost all complexity, including critical care patients. Our King Air fixed wing aircraft are equipped with a full spectrum of intensive care monitoring and treatments allowing us to safely undertake the transportation of level 3 patients internationally, from bed to bed. This would include children who are on a ventilator and those requiring intravenous medications to support their heart & circulation.

Our standard equipment is extensive, but includes ventilators (Hamilton, Drager), anaesthetic equipment video-laryngoscope (Storz C-MAC), intravenous pumps (Alaris), ultrasound machine, an appropriate range of critical care medications and full AAGBI & invasive monitoring. For longer distances, we can arrange medical repatriation on commercial airliners, either seated or using a stretcher.
